摘  要:准确辨识重大危险源,有助于企业了解生产过程中主要危险因素的存在位置及主要危险特性,通过建立有效的重大危险源控制系统,可以预防重大工业事故的发生。对新建项目,便于在“三同时”阶段有针对性的设计、实施相应的自动化控制措施,通过调整实际在线量等对危险化学品重大危险源加以控制和预防,避免发生事故或者降低火灾、爆炸、中毒等事故发生概率,减小事故造成的危害和损失,提高企业的安全生产水平;对在役项目,可以为企业提供技术升级和管理改进的依据,进一步有针对性的制定有效的安全管理制度,有助于企业提高安全管理水平。Accurate identification of major hazard sources helps enterprises understand the location of main hazardous factors and main hazardous characteristics in the production process.By establishing an effective major hazard source control system,it can prevent the occurrence of major industrial accidents.For new projects,it is convenient to design and implement targeted automated control measures in the"three simultaneous"stage,through adjusting the actual online quantity,etc.,to control and prevent major hazard sources of dangerous chemicals,avoid accidents or reduce the probability of fire,explosion,poisoning and other accidents,reduce the hazards and losses caused by accidents,and improve the level of safe production of enterprises.For existing projects,it can provide technical upgrading and management improvement basis for enterprises,further develop effective safety management systems targetedly,and promote enterprises to improve their safety management level.
