凹凸棒/TiO_(2)复合材料的制备及对苯胺光催化性能研究

摘  要:以有机改性ATP为载体,钛酸四丁酯为钛源采用溶胶—凝胶法制备了凹凸棒/TiO_(2)复合材料。通过300 W氙灯光源系统对苯胺溶液进行光催化氧化实验发现复合材料对苯胺具有很好的降解性能,当苯胺初始浓度为30 mg/L、催化剂的投加量为1.5 g/L、催化时间为135 min时,苯胺去除率达97%,催化反应动力学符合Langmuir-Hinshelwood(L-H)模型,溶液pH值对光催化氧化影响较小。Attapulgite/TiO_(2) composites were prepared by sol-gel method using organic modified ATP as the carrier and tet⁃rabutyl titanate as the titanium source.The photocatalytic oxidation experiment of aniline solution was carried out by 350 W high-pressure mercury lamp.It was found that the aniline removal rate of the composite material was 97%when the initial concentration of aniline was 30 mg/L,the dosage of catalyst was 1.5 g/L and the catalytic time was 135 min.The reaction ki⁃netics was consistent with the Langmuir-Hinshelwood(L-H)model,and the pH value of the solution had little effect on the photocatalytic oxidation.
