摘 要:基于氢键作用的策略,采用化学合成法、冻融法,用植酸作为凝胶剂和掺杂剂进行抗冻聚乙烯醇(PVA)/聚苯胺(PANI)凝胶制备。探究PANI的用量对抗冻水凝胶在-20℃的应变灵敏性能、抗冻性能和电化学等性能的影响,得到合成该抗冻水凝胶的最优配方。结果表明:当PANI的用量为15 mg时,抗冻水凝胶的机械性能、应变传感性能、柔韧灵敏性能在低温(-20℃)仍具有不错的性能表现,植酸的引入增加了抗低温性能,同时成分上更加的绿色环保。Based on the strategy of hydrogen bonding,the antifreeze polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)/polyaniline(PANI)gel was prepared by chemical synthesis,freeze-thaw method and phytic acid as gels and dopants.The effects of the amount of PANI on the strain sensitivity,antifreeze and electrochemical properties of the antifreeze hydrogel at-20℃were investi⁃gated,and the optimal formula for the synthesis of the antifreeze hydrogel was obtained.The results showed that when the dosage of PANI was 15 mg,the mechanical properties,strain sensing properties,flexibility and sensitivity of antifreeze hy⁃drogel still had good performance at low temperature(-20℃),and the introduction of phytic acid increased the low tem⁃perature resistance while the composition was more green.
