摘 要:采用木屑、玉米秸杆及稻壳在不同比例和不同处理时间下进行赤泥生物质脱碱实验,结果表明,不同生物质在不同处理时间下对赤泥的脱碱效果明显。木屑与赤泥质量比1∶2,搅拌90 min时脱碱率高达70.5%;玉米秸秆与赤泥质量比1∶3,搅拌90 min时脱碱率约为60.1%;稻壳与赤泥质量比为1∶3,搅拌60~90 min时脱碱效率约为40%。说明不同生物质在不同处理时间下对赤泥的脱碱效果存在差异,其中木屑脱碱效果最佳,玉米秸秆次之,稻壳混合赤泥脱碱时间过长,效率较低。随着生物质材料添加量的增加,超过一定比例或一定搅拌时间,脱碱过度,会导致赤泥呈酸性,破坏环境,因此要严格把控生物质的添加量和搅拌时间。The experiment of dealkalization of red mud with biomass was carried out with sawdust,corn straw and rice husk at different proportions and different times.The results showed that different biomass had obvious dealkalization effect on red mud at different times.When the mass ratio of sawdust to red mud is 1∶2,the alkali removal rate of 90 min is as high as 70.5%,when the mass ratio of corn straw to red mud is 1∶3,when 90 min is stirred,the alkali removal rate is about 60.1%.When the mass ratio of rice husk to red mud is 1∶3,the alkali removal efficiency is about 40%when 60~90 min is stirred.The results show that there are differences in the dealkalization effect of different biomass on red mud at different time,in which the dealkalization effect of sawdust is the best,followed by corn straw,and the dealkalization time of rice husk mixed red mud is too long and the efficiency is low.However,with the increase of the amount of biomass materials,more than a certain proportion or a certain stirring time,excessive dealkalization will lead to the acidity of red mud and destroy the environment,so it is necessary to strictly control the amount of biomass and mixing time.
