聚L-精氨酸修饰电极的制备及碘的测定研究

摘  要:运用循环伏安法探究了最佳的聚合条件,并且在此条件下制备了聚L-精氨酸修饰电极(PLA/GCE),探究了碘在此修饰电极上的电化学性质。试验表明,在pH=2.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,峰电流与碘的浓度在7.50×10^(-7)~1.00×10^(-4) mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为1.00×10^(-7)mol/L。该修饰电极具有良好的稳定性,且电极测定具有良好的重现性。The optimum polymerization conditions were investigated by cyclic voltammetry,and the poly L-arginine modified electrode(PLA/GCE)was prepared under this condition,and the electrochemical properties of iodide on this modified electrode were investigated.The test shows that in the phosphate buffer solution of pH=2.0,there is a good linear relationship between peak current and iodine concentration in the range of 7.50×10^(-7)~1.00×10^(-4) mol/L,and the detection limit is 1.0×10^(-7) mol/L.The modified electrode has good stability and good reproducibility in electrode determination.
