天然气调压器预热装置预热量计算方法探讨

摘　　要：为了弥补天然气通过调压器所造成的温度降低,会在调压前设置天然气预热装置,用以提高调压器前天然气温度,预热量是预热装置设计的主要参数之一。用热力学第一定律对调压器进行了能量衡算,给出了节流调压过程为等焓过程的理论依据;以调压器出口天然气温度不低于0℃为指标,计算我国城镇燃气管道不同等级压力之间调压时调压前的最低温,为消除天然气管道的“冰堵”现象提供了技术指导;给出了不同季节温度下天然气预热量的计算方法,为调压器预热装置的设计提供了理论基础。In order to make up for the temperature reduction caused by the natural gas through the regulator,the natural gas preheating device is seted before the pressure regulation to increase the natural gas temperature,and the preheat is one of the main parameters of the preheating device design.The energy balance of the voltage regulator is carried out by the first law of thermodynamics,and the theoretical basis of the throttling pressure regulation process is equal enthalpy process.Taking the temperature of natural gas at the outlet not lower than 0℃as the index,the lowest temperature before pressure regulation of urban gas pipelines in China is calculated,which provides technical guidance for eliminating the phenomenon of natural gas pipelines.The calculation method of natural gas preheat at different seasonal temperatures is given,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of the preheating device of the regulator.
