摘  要:通过分析硫铵聚合物、硫铵废水等组成,揭示丙烯腈生产中硫铵聚合物组成对焚烧炉产生灰渣的影响,分析硫铵废水的运输管道和炉膛喷嘴堵塞的原因,研究开发硫铵聚合物再分散新工艺,实现硫铵废水的均匀稳定再分散。在此基础上,优化硫铵聚合物分离工艺方案,提高硫铵聚合物分离效率,降低其吸附的硫酸铵和硫酸量,从源头减少焚烧炉中结渣形成,提高丙烯腈废水焚烧系统整体运行稳定性。It reveals the influence of the composition of ammonium sulfate polymer in acrylonitrile production on the ash generated by the incinerator by analyzing the compositions of ammonium sulfate polymer and ammonium sulfate wastewater, It analyzes the reasons for the blockage of the transportation pipeline and furnace nozzle of ammonium sulfate wastewa⁃ ter, it analyzes the reasons for the blockage of the transportation pipes and furnace nozzle of ammonium sulfate wastewater, a new process for redispersing ammonium sulfate polymer is developed to achieve uniform and stable redispersion of ammo⁃ nium sulfate wastewater.On this basis, a separation process scheme for ammonium sulfate polymer is formulated to improve the separation efficiency of ammonium sulfate polymer and reduce the amount of ammonium sulfate and sulfuric acid ad⁃ sorbed by it, thereby reducing the formation of slag in the incinerator from the source and improving the overall operation stability of the acrylonitrile wastewater incineration system.
