摘  要:研究了焚烧灰热处理过程中添加聚氯乙烯(PVC)与MOx(CaO/MgO/Fe_(2)O_(3))混合物对铯脱除率的影响。利用实验室管式电炉分别在900℃、1100℃和1300℃下进行热处理实验,热处理后灰渣样经微波消解后利用原子吸收光谱仪对铯元素含量进行分析,获得不同条件下铯的脱除率。实验结果表明,与单独添加PVC相比,PVC分别与不同MOx混合添加后强化了焚烧灰中铯的脱除,该强化效果与热处理温度和MOx种类相关。当热处理温度为1300℃时,添加25%PVC与30%MOx条件下铯的脱除率的从大到小的顺序为PVC+CaO>PVC+MgO>PVC+Fe_(2)O_(3)。The impact of adding a mixture of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and MOx (CaO/MgO/Fe_(2)O_(3)) during the thermal treatment of incineration ash on the removal rate of cesium was investigated in this study. Thermal treatment experiments were conducted using a laboratory tube furnace at temperatures of 900℃, 1 100℃, and 1 300℃. After thermal treatment, the ash samples were digested using microwave digestion, and the cesium content in solutions was analyzed using an atomic absorption spectrophotometer to obtain the cesium removal rates under different conditions. The results indicated that, com⁃ pared to the addition of PVC alone, the combined addition of PVC with different MOx significantly enhanced the removal of cesium from the incineration ash. This promoting effect was related to both the thermal treatment temperature and the type of MOx. At a thermal treatment temperature of 1 300℃, under conditions where 25% PVC and 30% MOx were added, the decreasing sequence of cesium removal rates was PVC+CaO > PVC+MgO > PVC+Fe_(2)O_(3).
