摘 要:采用自制三维电极电解装置开展DOP废水降解研究。采用铁片作为两极,改性活性炭作为粒子电极,两电极间距和电极工作面积为固定值,研究处理时间、废水水样初始pH、放电电压、粒子电极填充量等因素对DOP废水降解的影响。通过响应面法分析,得到处理DOP水样的最佳条件:以COD去除率为衡量标准,固定电压48 V,DOP废水的处理效果影响顺序:处理时间>废水初始pH>活性炭填充量。最佳处理方案:处理电压为48 V,活性炭填充量4.03 g,水样初始pH为6.83,处理时间70.73 min。最后经响应面预测模型得出,该条件下DOP废水水样COD去除率为87.4235%。本研究为邻苯二甲酸脂类物质的净化提供了思路。A self-made three-dimensional electrode electrolysis device was used to study the degradation of DOP wastewa⁃ter.Iron plates were used as the two poles,and activated carbon was used as the third electrode,the particle electrode.The distance between the two electrodes and the working area of the electrodes were fixed.Based on the response surface analy⁃sis,the optimal conditions for the treatment of DOP water samples were obtained:the COD degradation rate was taken as the index to measure the treatment of DOP wastewater,the fixed voltage was 48 V,and the influencing factors of the treat⁃ment effect of DOP wastewater were in the order of primary and secondary:treatment time>initial pH of sewage>filling amount of activated carbon.The optimal treatment scheme was summarized as follows:the treatment voltage was 48 V,the filling amount of activated carbon was 4.03 g,the initial pH of the water sample was 6.83,and the treatment time was 70.73 min.Finally,according to the response surface prediction model,the degradation rate of COD in DOP wastewater is 87.4235%.This study provides some ideas for the purification of phthalates.
