摘  要:为减少氨氮测定中含汞废水的处理和排放,实验中将反应物用量减半,同时改用25 mL比色管定容。通过回归分析,比较改进方案和国标方案绘制的两条校准曲线,结果表明两条校准曲线完全重合;改进方案测定氨氮的检出限0.013 mg/L,精密度4.27%,平均加标回收率104%,可满足不同浓度水样中氨氮的测定。To reduce the treatment and discharge of mercury-containing wastewater in the determination of ammonia nitrogen,it is attempted to halve the amount of reactants and use a 25mL colorimetric tube for volumetric determination.Through regression analysis,two calibration curves drawn by the improved scheme and the national standard scheme are compared.The results show that the two calibration curves completely overlap.The detection limit of ammonia nitrogen determined by the improved scheme is 0.013 mg/L,the precision is 4.27%,and the average recovery rate is 104%.It can meet the determination of ammonia nitrogen in water samples with different concentrations.
