摘 要:以CoCl_(3)·6H_(2)O、AlCl_(3)·6H_(2)O为钴源和铝源,以Fe(NO_(3))_(3)·9H_(2)O、MnCl_(2)·4H_(2)O为掺杂剂,采用共沉淀法制备青花色料。运用XRD、色度测试等表征手段,研究了铁离子掺杂量、锰离子掺杂量、前驱体浓度、煅烧温度等工艺参数对共沉淀法制备青花色料呈色性能的影响。研究结果表明:铁、锰离子的掺杂能改变青花色料的发色,且随着铁、锰离子掺杂量增加,青花色料的发色会由明蓝向暗蓝和灰青色方向转变。当铁离子掺杂量超过0.3及锰离子掺杂量超过0.6时,样品中出现了刚玉相。采用共沉淀法经850℃煅烧后可制备出发色沉稳的D 50为0.573μm的青花料。In this paper,blue-and-white pigments were prepared via the co-precipitation method,taking CoCl_(3)·6H_(2)O and AlCl_(3)·6H_(2)O as cobalt and aluminum sources and Fe(NO_(3))_(3)·9H_(2)O and MnCl_(2)·4H_(2)O as dopants.The effects of various process parameters,including the doping amounts of Fe and Mn ions,precursor concentration,and calcination temperature,on the coloring performance of the blue-andwhite pigments were investigated using characterization techniques such as X-ray diffraction(XRD)and colorimetric testing.The research results show that the doping of iron and manganese ions can change the color of blue-and-white pigments.With the increase of Fe and Mn ions doping,the color of the pigment transitions from bright blue to dark blue and gray blue.When the doping amount of Fe ions exceeds 0.3 and that of Mn ions exceeds 0.6,the corundum phase appears in the samples.A stable blue-and-white pigment with a D50 of 0.573μm can be prepared via the co-precipitation method at 850℃.
