摘  要:针对当前物流行业中智能仓储的应用,以中小企业仓储应用为背景基于物联网技术设计一套智能仓储系统,首先利用K210人脸识别模块进行用户身份鉴别,然后使用RFID技术识别物品信息,将商品信息通过单片机处理后传输到OLED屏幕,并同步传输到计算机中,采用C#语言+SQL Server数据库建立物品库存管理系统,实现出入库管理、用户管理、物品管理、库存盘点、数据统计报表等功能。实验测试结果表明,该系统设计方案可行,系统各项功能正常,具有灵活、高效等特点,但也存在用户人脸与账户信息没有关联、不适用于大型连锁仓储应用的问题。Based on the application of intelligent warehouse in the current logistics industry,an intelligent warehouse system is designed based on the Internet of Things(IoT)technology with the warehouse application of small and medium-sized enterprises as the background.Firstly,K210 face recognition module is used to identify the user’s identity,and then the RFID technology is used to identify the goods information.The goods information is processed by the single chip computer and then transferred to the OLED screen,and synchronously transferred to the computer.The article inventory management system is established by using C#language+SQL Server database to realize the functions of stock-in and stock-out management,user management,article management,inventory count,data statistical report,etc.The experiment test results show that the system design scheme is feasible,all functions of the system are normal,and the system is flexible and efficient,but there are also problems,such as the user’s face is not related to the account information,and it is not suitable for large-scale chain warehouse applications.
