摘  要:为进一步推广电子不停车收费系统,文中提出一种基于负选择算法与环境效益因子的电子不停车收费场景空气质量评估技术。利用因子分析法选取影响空气质量的环境效益因子,通过负选择算法构建评估模型,输入环境效益因子到模型当中,实现电子不停车收费场景空气质量评估。结果表明:该研究技术在多个场景条件下应用,随着车辆的增多空气质量也会受到影响。该研究技术对三个模拟场景进行评估,ETC收费方式的空气质量等级要优于传统收费方式的空气质量等级,由此证明了ETC的环境效益。To further promote the use of Electronic Toll Collection(ETC)systems,a negative selection algorithm and environmental benefit factors based air quality assessment technology for ETC scenarios is proposed.Using factor analysis method to select environmental benefit factors that can affect air quality,constructing an evaluation model using negative selection algorithm,and inputting environmental benefit factors into the model to achieve air quality assessment in ETC scenarios.The results indicate that the studied technology is applied in multiple scene conditions,and with the increase of vehicles,the air quality will also be more severely affected.The technology studied evaluates three simulated scenarios and finds that the air quality level of ETC charging method is superior to traditional charging methods,thus proving the environmental benefits of ETC.
