贫困大学生负性生活事件、社交回避及苦恼:缺陷感的中介效应

摘　　要：为了解贫困大学生的负性生活事件、社交回避及苦恼的相关,揭示缺陷感在二者之间的中介效应,采用青少年生活事件量表、社交回避及苦恼量表与缺陷感量表,对569名贫困大学生进行了调查研究。结果发现:当前贫困大学生的社交回避及苦恼较为普遍;负性生活事件、缺陷感与社交回避及苦恼之间存在显著正相关;缺陷感在负性生活事件预测贫困大学生社交回避及苦恼的过程中发挥了完全中介效应。研究得出结论:负性生活事件与贫困大学生的社交回避及苦恼具有显著水平的正相关,负性生活事件通过作用于缺陷感而对其社交回避及苦恼产生作用;降低贫困大学生的缺陷感,有助于减少社交回避行为与社交苦恼体验。In order to understand the relationship between negative life events and social avoidance and distress among impoverished college students,and to reveal the mediating effect of feelings of inadequacy,this study conducted a survey using the Adolescent Life Events Scale,Social Avoidance and Distress Scale,and Feelings of Inadequacy Scale on 569 impoverished college students.The findings indicate that:social avoidance and distress are relatively common among impoverished college students;significant positive correlations exist between negative life events,feelings of inadequacy,and social avoidance and distress;feelings of inadequacy play a fully mediating role in the process by which negative life events predict social avoidance and distress among impoverished college students.The study concludes that negative life events are significantly positively correlated with social avoidance and distress among impoverished college students.Negative life events influence social avoidance and distress through their impact on feelings of inadequacy.Reducing feelings of inadequacy in impoverished college students can help alleviate social avoidance behaviors and experiences of social distress.
