摘 要:电池热管理系统是动力锂离子电池在适宜温度下安全运行的保障。液冷技术利用冷却剂流动将电池产热快速传输,有效避免产热积累导致电池寿命衰减、性能下降和安全风险增加等危害。作为传热介质的冷却剂在液冷技术中占据重要作用。系统介绍了常用的水/乙二醇和烃类油/酯类油/硅油等油类冷却剂,以及一些新型冷却剂如纳米流体、液态金属和沸腾液体等的最新研究进展,并分析不同冷却剂在导热性能、化学稳定性、流动性和环保性等方面的优劣势,为实际应用环境中选择适合的冷却剂提供建议。Battery thermal management system is a guarantee for the safe operation of power lithium-ion batteries under suitable temperature.Liquid-cooling technology utilizes the flow of coolant to rapidly transfer the heat generated by the bat⁃tery,effectively avoiding the accumulation of heat generation that leads to battery lifespan decay,performance degrada⁃tion,increased safety risks and other hazards.As the heat transfer medium,the coolant plays an important role in liquid-cooling technology.This review systematically introduces the latest research progress of commonly used coolants of water/glycol and oils coolants such as hydrocarbon oils/ester oils/silicone oils,as well as some new types of coolants(e.g.,nano-fluids,liquid metals,and boiling liquids,etc.),and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different coolants in terms of their thermal conductivity,mobility,and environmental friendliness,and provides suggestions on the selection of the most suitable coolant for the actual application environment.
