摘 要:冶金含锌电炉尘是锌铁含量较高的二次资源,其湿化学法材料化研究是资源循环研究领域的热点之一。通过硫酸酸解、分步沉淀和煅烧法制备了ZnO/ZnFe_(2)O_(4)复合材料。对所得产物进行XRD、SEM表征,并考查了产物的压电光催化降解RhB的活性。结果显示,在超声和光照的协同作用下,所得产物ZnO/ZnFe_(2)O_(4)在降解RhB方面表现出显著的压电光催化效应,降解效率达到86.4%,相较于单独施加光照或超声分别提升25.4%和82.7%。Metallurgical zinc-containing electric arc furnace dust is a secondary resource with high content of zinc and iron,and its materialization by wet chemical method is one of the hot spots in the research field of resource recycling.In the present work,ZnO/ZnFe_(2)O_(4)composites were prepared by sulfolysis,stepwise precipitation and calcination.The product was characterized by XRD and SEM,and its piezoelectric photocatalytic activity were investigated.The results showed that the obtained product ZnO/ZnFe_(2)O_(4)exhibits significant piezo-photocatalytic activity in degrading RhB under the simultane⁃ous action of ultrasound and light,with a degradation rate of 86.4%,which is 25.4%and 82.7%higher than that of light alone or ultrasound alone,respectively.
