摘　　要：采用回收亚克力精馏液(MMA)为主要原料,通过正交实验法,在82℃、搅拌转速550 r/min的条件下成功合成了聚合物乳液。通过实验筛选出优化实验参数为固含量为62%,MMA/BA为2∶3,引发剂含量为0.34%的合成乳液。根据GB/T 20623—2006 《建筑涂料用乳液》标准对乳液进行检测,测得该乳液稀释稳定性、机械稳定性、钙离子稳定性、贮存稳定性优异,玻璃化温度Tg为-15.20℃,黏度为1 487 mPa/s。该乳液可用于黏合剂、油漆、涂料以及纺织、造纸和建筑业中。In this paper,the polymer lotion was successfully synthesized by using reclaimed acrylic distillate(MMA)as the main raw material through orthogonal test at 82℃and stirring speed of 550 r/min.Through experiments,the optimized test parameters were selected as the synthetic lotion with solid content of 62%,MMA/BA of 2∶3 and initiator content of 0.34%.The lotion was tested according to lotion for Architectural Coatings(GB/T 20623-2006),and the results showed that the lotion had excellent stability(dilution stability,mechanical stability,calcium ion stability,storage stability),glass transition temperature Tg of-15.20℃,and viscosity of 1487 mPa/s.The lotion can be used in adhesives,paints,coatings,textiles,paper making and construction industries.
