摘　　要：吡啶合成液通过两级萃取分离,一级萃取塔上端安装填料层,下端安装搅拌,增加萃取效果的同时,降低塔顶采出有机相中水分;二级萃取塔下端安装填料层,上端安装搅拌,有效减少了塔底采出水相夹带的有机物。萃取塔搅拌桨采用中间长两头短的设计,加速进料搅拌的同时,降低了因搅拌波动大导致水油两相互相夹带。吡啶合成液的萃取工艺采用苯作为萃取剂,苯与吡啶合成液的质量比为1∶1,停留时间为1 h,萃取出水指标吡啶碱浓度≤500 mg/m^(3),氨氮浓度≤3 000 mg/m^(3),苯浓度≤1 500 mg/m^(3),可直接进行高浓度生化处理。Pyridine synthesis solution is separated by two stage extraction.The primary extraction tower is installed with packing layer at the upper end and stirring at the lower end,which can reduce the water in the organic phase extracted from the top of the tower while increasing the extraction effect.The secondary extraction tower is installed with packing layer at the lower end and stirring at the upper end,which reduces the organic matter entrapped in the aqueous phase extracted from the bottom of the tower.The stirring paddle of the extraction tower adopts the design of long in the middle and short at both ends,which accelerates the feed stirring and reduces the entrainment of water and oil in both phases due to large stir-ring fluctuation.The extraction process of pyridine synthetic liquid adopts benzene as the extractant,the mass ratio of ben-zene and pyridine synthetic liquid is 1∶1,the residence time is 1 h,and the concentration of pyridine alkali in the extracted wastewater is≤500 mg/m^(3),the concentration of ammonia and nitrogen is≤3000 mg/m^(3),and the concentration of benzene is≤1500 mg/m^(3),which can be directly carried out the high-concentration biochemical treatment.
