摘 要:3,4-二氢-3-甲基-2H-1,4-苯并噁嗪是二氯代乙酰胺类除草剂解毒剂解草酮的重要中间体。以邻硝基苯氧丙酮为起始原料,异丙醇为溶剂,设计连续加氢反应装置合成3,4-二氢-3-甲基-2H-1,4-苯并噁嗪。考查了温度、压力、催化剂、溶剂和停留时间对反应速率和收率的影响。优化条件下,反应收率可达98.7%,产品含量99.0%。该合成工艺不仅简化了操作流程,还提高了经济效益,具有工业化应用前景。3,4-Dihydro-3-methyl-2H-1,4-benzoxazine is an important intermediate in the detoxification of dichloroacet-amide herbicides,such as benoxacor.A continuous hydrogenation reaction device was designed to synthesize 3,4-dihydro-3-methyl-2H-1,4-benzoxazine using 2-nitro-2-phenoxyacetone as the starting material and isopropanol as the solvent.The effects of temperature,pressure,catalyst,solvent,and residence time on reaction rate and yield were investigated.Un-der optimized conditions,the reaction yield can reach 98.7%and the product content is 99.0%.This synthesis process not only simplifies the operating process,but also improves economic benefits and has industrial application prospects.
