摘  要:采用水热法在拟薄水铝石表面原位生长铈铜双金属有机骨架(Ce-Cu-MOFs)材料,得到复合前驱体,通过高温焙烧处理,构筑出新型的Ce-Cu-MOFs-Al_(2)O_(3)复合材料。研究发现,拟薄水铝石作为氧化铝载体的前驱体,可有效分散活性组分Cu,提升催化性能。将铈引入到Cu-MOF中形成双金属MOF,考查铈的引入量对铜铈铝复合氧化物催化效果的影响,优化配伍得到的Ce0.50-Cu-MOFs-Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂在空速30000 h^(-1),10000 mL/m^(3)CO条件下,155℃达到98%的转化率,200℃到达100%转化率,展现出高效的催化氧化CO性能。研究发现,Ce的引入使得催化剂中产生更多的活性位,有利于活性位数量的增加,进一步提升催化性能。Al_(2)O_(3) Carrier and Ce were introduced into the structure of copper metal-organic skeletons(Cu-MOFs)by hydro-thermal method,and the precursors obtained were treated by high-temperature roasting to construct novel Ce-Cu-MOFs-Al_(2)O_(3) composites.It was found that Al_(2)O_(3) as a carrier could effectively disperse the active components of the catalyst,which was conducive to the enhancement of the catalytic performance.The introduction of Ce would generate more oxygen vacan-cies and facilitate the further dispersion of the active species to enhance the catalytic performance.However,the excessive amount of Ce would seriously damage the backbone structure of the Cu-MOFs,resulting in the reduction of the catalytic ac-tivity.In this paper,we investigated the influence of the loading amount of cerium on the catalytic effect of Cu-Ce-Al_(2)O_(3) composite oxides.The effect of cerium loading on the catalytic effect of Cu-Ce-Al_(2)O_(3) composite oxides was investigated,and the optimized Ce0.50-Cu-MOFs-Al_(2)O_(3) catalyst reached 98%conversion at 155℃and 100%at 200℃under the conditions of 30000 h^(-1) air velocity and 10000 mL/m^(3) CO,demonstrating highly efficient catalytic oxidation performance of CO.
