摘 要:针对焦化废水色度和难降解有机物不易去除的问题,分别使用活性炭吸附法和次氯酸钠氧化法研究了相关因素条件对焦化废水有机物及色度去除率的影响。正交试验结果表明,活性炭最优条件为投加量1.8 g/L,反应时间40 min,pH为6.0,在最优试验条件下,COD平均去除率为60.4%~63.3%,色度平均去除率为62.1%~65%;次氯酸钠最优条件为投加量2.0 mL/L,反应时间10 min,pH 10.0,该试验条件下,COD平均去除率为52.8%~56.9%,色度平均去除率为50.0%~54.7%。Aiming at the problem of coking wastewater chromaticity and difficult to degrade organic matter is not easy to re-move,activated carbon adsorption and sodium hypochlorite oxidation were used to study the influence of relevant factors on the removal rate of organic matter and chromaticity of coking wastewater.The results of orthogonal test showed that the opti-mal conditions of activated carbon were 1.8 g/L,40 min reaction time and pH=6.0,and the average removal rate of COD was 60.4%~63.3%,and the average removal rate of color was 62.1%~65%under the optimal conditions,the optimal condi-tions of sodium hypochlorite were 2.0 g/L,10 min reaction time and pH=10.0,and the average removal rate of COD was 52.8%~56.3%,and the average removal rate of COD was 52.8%~56.4%under the optimal conditions of sodium hypochlo-rite,removal rate was 52.8%~56.9%,and the average removal rate of color was 50.0%~54.7%.
