摘 要:目的:建立人尿液中盐酸曲美他嗪(TMZ)检测的电化学方法。方法:以氯金酸为金源,以抗坏血酸为还原剂,在80℃下水热法制备了微米金(M-Au),并用金/多壁碳纳米管(M-Au/MWCNTs)复合材料对玻碳电极进行修饰,采用电化学方法对TMZ进行检测,对pH和扫速等条件进行了优化。结果:在浓度为4×10^(-7)~8×10^(-6)mol/L范围内与峰电流呈现良好的线性关系,检出限为2×10^(-8)mol/L。对实际样品人体尿液中的TMZ进行了加标回收试验,加标回收率为92%~104.4%。结论:本方法快速、简便、对环境友好,适用于人体尿液中TMZ的定性及定量分析,并对药代动力学研究提供参考。Objective:To establish an electrochemical method for detecting hydrochloride quetiapine(TMZ)in human urine.Method:Chloroauric acid was used as the gold source and ascorbic acid as the reducing agent to prepare a mesh-like gold(M-Au)structure at 80℃.The glassy carbon electrode was modified with a composite material of gold/multi-walled carbon nanotubes(M-Au/MWCNTs),and electrochemical methods were used to detect TMZ.pH and scan rate conditions were optimized.Results:A good linear relationship was observed between peak current and TMZ concentration in the range of 4×10^(-7) to 8×10^(-6) mol/L.The detection limit was 2×10^(-8) mol/L.Spike recovery experiments were conducted on actual hu⁃man urine samples containing TMZ,with recovery rates ranging from 92%to 104.4%.Conclusion:This method is fast,and simple,environmentally friendly,suitable for qualitative and quantitative analysis of TMZ in human urine,and provides reference for pharmacokinetic studies.
