摘  要:对标准方法《DZ/T 0279.4—2016金量测定泡沫塑料富集-电感耦合等离子体质谱法》《DZ/T 0279.19—2016金量测定泡沫塑料富集-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法》两种方法进行分析试验比对,样品经王水水浴,泡沫吸附,硫脲解脱后,分别使用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度计和电感耦合等离子体质谱仪对土壤中痕量金进行测定。通过对检出限、准确度、精密度以及测定时间比对,结果表明,相对于石墨炉原子吸收光谱法来说,电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)具有检出限更低、精密度更高、分析速度更快等优势,更适用于实验室大批量分析测定地球化学样品中的痕量金。The two standard methods"DZ/T 0279.4—2016 Determination of Gold Content,Foamed Plastics Enrichment-Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry"and"DZ/T 0279.19—2016 Determination of Gold Content,Foamed Plas⁃tics Enrichment-Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy"were compared through experimental analysis.Soil samples were subjected to aqua regia digestion,foam adsorption,and thiourea elution before being analyzed for trace gold using a graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometer and an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer(ICP-MS).By comparing the detection limits,accuracy,precision,and analysis time,it was found that ICP-MS has lower detec⁃tion limits,higher precision,and faster analysis speed compared to graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy.There⁃fore,ICP-MS is more suitable for large-scale laboratory analysis of trace gold in geochemical samples.
