摘  要:将科研热点引入综合化学实验的设计中,设计了面向化学工程与工艺专业的综合创新实验。在高温热解条件下,以园林废弃物为原料制备系列生物炭材料;采用X射线衍射仪、红外光谱仪和扫描电子显微镜对材料进行结构、官能团、形貌的表征分析;利用除氟性能测试结果,初步探讨材料对氟离子的吸附过程。通过本实验的学习,学生既能加深对“制备-表征分析-性能探究-实际应用”研究过程的理解,构建“物质-结构-性能”科学思维模式,又能提升自身的分析、解决问题的能力和创新能力。此外,生物炭材料用于实际含氟废水处理的实验环节,不仅提升了学生的环保意识,还加深了学生对新材料研发的重视,激发了学生对科学探索的兴趣与热情。The focus of scientific research is introduced into the design of comprehensive chemical experiment,and a comprehensive innovative experiment for chemical engineering and technology is designed.Under the condition of high temperature pyrolysis,a series of biochar materials are prepared from garden waste.The structure,functional groups and morphology of the materials are characterized by X-ray diffractometer,infrared spectrometer and scanning electron mi⁃croscope.Based on the test results of fluorine removal performance,the adsorption process of fluorine ion is preliminari⁃ly discussed.Through the study of this experiment,students can not only deepen their understanding of the research pro⁃cess of"preparation-characterization analysis-performance inquiry-practical application"and construct the scientific thinking mode of"material-structure-performance",but also improve their ability to analyze and solve problems and in⁃novate.In addition,the use of biochar materials in the experimental link of actual fluorine-containing wastewater treat⁃ment can enhance students'environmental awareness,deepen students'attention to the research of new materials,and stimulate students'enthusiasm for scientific exploration.
