摘 要:随着城镇化、工业化快速推进和受极端天气影响加剧,频发的饮用水嗅味问题引起了广泛重视,其中土臭素(GSM)和2-甲基异莰醇(2-MIB)是饮用水中最为典型的两种嗅味物质.主要论述了这两种嗅味物质的来源、分类和标准,介绍了高级氧化法对饮用水嗅味物质的去除技术原理和优缺点,总结了现有嗅味物质的检测分析方法,最后,展望了高级氧化技术在去除嗅味物质及检测技术方面的应用前景,可为解决水质异嗅味问题提供技术思路和理论支持,推进保障饮用水安全.With the rapid urbanization and industrialization,coupled with the increasing impact of extreme weather events,the water quality of water sources is deteriorating.Consequently,there has been a growing concern regarding frequent occurrences of drinking water odor problems.Among these issues,geosmin(GSM)and 2-methylisobornol(2-MIB)are recognized as the most prevalent odor-causing substances in drinking water.This paper primarily focuses on discussing the sources,classification,and standards associated with these two types of odor compounds.Additionally,it introduces the principles,advantages,and disadvantages of advanced oxidation methods for removing odor-causing substances from drinking water.Furthermore,this study summarizes existing detection and analysis techniques for identifying such odorous compounds.Finally,it presents an outlook on the prospects of advanced oxidation technology in both removal and detection of odor-causing substances,together with proposals on future research directions.The findings presented herein provide technical insights and theoretical support towards resolving odor problems in water quality management while ensuring safe drinking water.
