摘  要:对于TFe品位37.26%的山东某磁铁矿石,为了高效、低成本开发利用该资源,充分挖掘资源的潜在经济价值,以矿石的工艺矿物学研究成果为依据,开展了获取超级铁精矿工艺研究。结果表明,矿石属于低硫磷、高硅铝钙镁磁铁矿石;矿石中的Fe主要以磁性铁的形式存在,分布率为84.43%,主要铁矿物磁铁矿的结晶粒度较好、总体粒度较粗且纯度较高,随着磨矿细度的提高,磁铁矿单体含量越来越高,与主要脉石矿物角闪石、绿泥石解离越来越充分。据此,采用磨矿—弱磁选—反浮选—一次再磨—弱磁选—二次再磨—弱磁选—反浮选流程进行了试验研究,最终获得了全铁品位为70.51%、铁回收率为26.10%的高纯铁精矿,同时获得了全铁品位68.53%、铁回收率为48.91%的优质铁精矿,该研究成果可作为现场工艺优化升级的依据。For the magnetite ore of Shandong with a TFe grade of 37.26%,in order to utilize the resource with high efficiency and low cost,and to fully exploit the potential economic value of the resource,a research on the process of obtaining super iron ore concentrate was carried out on the basis of the process mineralogical research results of the ore.The results showed that the ore belongs to low sulfur and phosphorus,high silica-aluminum-calcium-magnesium magnetite ore;Fe in the ore is predominantly in the form of magnetic iron with a distribution rate of 84.43%.The main iron mineral magnetite has a good crystalline size,overall coarse size and high purity,and as the grinding fineness increases,the magnetite individual content becomes higher and more fully dissociated from the main vein minerals hornblende and chlorite.Accordingly,an experimental study was carried out using the grinding-low intensity magnetic separation-reverse flotation-primary regrinding-low intensity magnetic separation-secondary regrinding-low intensity magnetic separation-reverse flotation process.Eventually,a high purity iron ore concentrate with a total iron grade of 70.51%and an iron recovery rate of 26.10%was obtained,while a high-quality iron ore concentrate with a full iron grade of 68.53%and an iron recovery rate of 48.91%was obtained,and the research results can be used as a basis for process optimization and upgrading in the site.
