摘 要:钛辉石作为钛铁矿中的主要脉石矿物之一,二者浮选分离效果的好坏直接决定钛铁矿精矿的品质。苯甲羟肟酸属高效选择性捕收剂,但价格较高,为了在不影响产品指标的前提下降低其用量,研究了油酸钠、仲辛醇辅助苯甲羟肟酸的效果,并通过Zeta电位分析、红外光谱检测、X射线光电子能谱方法分析了组合捕收剂在矿物表面的吸附机制。试验结果表明,三元组合捕收剂扩大两种矿物浮游性差异效果更明显,纯矿物浮选试验在矿浆p H=6.0,苯甲羟肟酸、油酸钠、仲辛醇物质的量之比为70∶6∶24时,钛铁矿回收率为92.20%,钛辉石回收率为23.86%,两者回收率相差68.34个百分点;1∶1人工混合矿(TiO2品位为25.58%)不同捕收剂对比试验中,三元组合捕收剂对钛铁矿的分选和回收效果最优,一次浮选分离可获得Ti O2品位为33.67%、TiO2回收率为93.22%的钛铁矿精矿。三元组合捕收剂组分间具有正协同效应,其在钛铁矿表面的吸附能力大于钛辉石;苯甲羟肟酸化学吸附于钛铁矿表面,油酸钠增强苯甲羟肟酸在钛铁矿表面为吸附作用,仲辛醇通过氢键进一步吸附于矿物表面,因此,三元捕收剂可以显著增强钛铁矿的可浮性。Titanaugite is one of the main gangue minerals in ilmenite.The flotation separation effect of ilmenite and titanaugite directly determines the quality of ilmenite concentrate.Benzohydroxamic acid is an efficient and selective collector,but it is expensive.In order to reduce benzohydroxamic′s dosage without affecting the product index,the effect of sodium oleate and octanol on benzohydroxamic acid was studied.The adsorption mechanism of the combined collector on the mineral surface was analyzed by Zeta potential analysis,infrared spectrum detection and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.The results showed that the ternary combination collector has a more obvious effect on increasing the difference of planktonic properties between the two minerals.When the pulp pH of pure mineral flotation test is 6.0 and the ratio of the amount of benzohydroxamic acid,sodium oleate and octanol is 70∶6∶24,the recovery rate of ilmenite is 92.20%and the recovery rate of titanaugite is 23.86%.The difference of recovery rate was 68.34 percentage points.In the comparison test of different collectors of 1∶1 artificial mixed ore(TiO2 grade is 25.58%),the ternary combination collector has the best sorting and recovery effect on ilmenite,and the ilmenite concentrate with TiO2 grade of 33.67%and TiO2 recovery rate of 93.22%can be obtained by one flotation separation.There is a positive synergistic effect between the components of the ternary combination collector,and its adsorption capacity on the surface of ilmenite is greater than that of titanaugite.Benzohydroxamic acid is chemically adsorbed on the surface of ilmenite,sodium oleate enhances the adsorption of benzohydroxamic acid on the surface of ilmenite,and octanol is further adsorbed on the surface of mineral by hydrogen bonding.Therefore,ternary collector can significantly enhance the floatability of ilmenite.
