摘 要:云南某重晶石-方解石型萤石矿石CaF_(2)、BaSO_(4)、CaCO_(3)含量分别为27.80%、27.06%和33.22%,主要有用矿物为萤石和重晶石。萤石、重晶石和方解石嵌布粒度较细、嵌布关系较紧密,且三者可浮性差异较小,属难选萤石矿石。为高效开发利用该萤石资源,课题组进行了系统的选矿试验研究。结果表明:在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占70%的情况下,采用1粗1精摇床重选、1粗9精1扫、全部浮选中矿集中再选后返回精选1的工艺流程处理矿石,最终获得CaF2品位为98.46%、回收率为79.07%的萤石精矿,以及BaSO4品位为90.88%、回收率为61.64%的重晶石精矿。萤石与方解石浮选分离取得理想效果的原因,在于铁离子预处理配合单宁酸有效实现了对方解石的选择性抑制。该研究成果可作为该萤石资源开发利用的依据。The contents of CaF_(2),BaSO_(4) and CaCO_(3) in the barite-calcite type fluorite ore from Yunnan province are 27.80%,27.06%and 33.22%,respectively,and the main useful minerals are fluorite and barite.The particle size of fluorite,barite and calcite in the ore is fine and their dissemination relationship is closely,moreover,there are tiny difference in their floatability,so the fluorite ore belongs to refractory ore.The systematic beneficiation experiments had been conducted to efficiently develop and utilize this fluorite resource.The experiment results showed that:when the grinding fineness is-0.074 mm accounting for 70%,the fluorite concentrate with the CaF_(2) grade of 98.46%,recovery rate of 79.07%and the barite concentrate with the BaSO_(4) content of 90.88%,recovery rate of 61.64%could be obtained through the beneficiation process of"shaking table separation(one roughing-one selecting)-flotation(one roughing-nine selectings-one scavenging-all middlings returned to selecting 1 after centralized treatmented)".The reason for achieving ideal results in the flotation separation of fluorite and calcite lies in the effective selective inhibition of calcite by iron ion pretreatment combined with tannic acid.The research results can be used as the basis for the development and utilization of this fluorite resource.
