摘  要:为解决目前我国矿井通风监测系统安装周期长、功能不足、布点灵活性较低、数据二次利用水平不足等问题,自主开发了一套矿井通风环境在线监测系统。系统以Raspberry Pi开发板为核心,连接多种传感器进行数据采集,并以ONENET物联网平台为终端数据显示和储存平台,进而利用其触发器功能实现井下通风环境安全预警。该系统已成功应用于眼前山铁矿,结果表明:通过该系统成功建立了井下温度场等数据库;以三维仿真通风系统为基础,对井下实时监测数据进行整合,经最小二乘法拟合获得温度、风速修正公式,最终系统实现了井下通风环境(温度、湿度、大气压强、风速、巷道内空气质量指数IAQ和CO浓度)的实时监测和数据传输。该系统操作简易,运行稳定,可大面积布点,数据可进行二次利用,提高了通风网络解算数据的准确性。同时,开放式云平台的应用能减少服务器架设,降低开发成本,有效满足金属矿山通风监测需求,具有良好的应用前景。To address the problems like a long installation period,insufficient functionality,low flexibility in deployment,and insufficient level of data utilization in current mine underground ventilation monitoring systems in our country,an independent online monitoring system for the mine ventilation environment has been developed.The system takes Raspberry Pi development board as its core,connects a variety of sensors for data acquisition,employs ONENET Internet of Things platform for terminal data display and storage.By leveraging its trigger function,safety warnings for the underground ventilation environment can be achieved.This system has been successfully applied in Yanqianshan Iron Mine.The results show that through this system,databases such as the underground temperature field have been successfully established.Based on the 3D simulation ventilation system,the real-time monitoring data is integrated,and the temperature and wind speed correction formulas were obtained by least square fitting.Eventually,the system realizes real-time monitoring and data transmission of underground ventilation environment(including temperature,humidity,atmospheric pressure,wind speed,index of air quality(IAQ)and CO concentration).The system is easy to operate,stable in operation,can be deployed at a large scale,and the data can be reused,which improves the accuracy of the ventilation network calculation data.Meanwhile,the application of open cloud platform can reduce the installation of servers,cut down the development costs,effectively meet the requirements of ventilation monitoring in metal mines,and has a promising application prospect.
