摘  要:在超声波时差法测量系统中,由于时差测量过程干扰因素的影响,时差数据在采集的过程中会出现误差,因此,引入Sage-Husa自适应卡尔曼滤波算法对时差数据进行滤波,该算法通过更新系统噪声和过程协方差实现对时差数据的误差估计。在Sage-Husa自适应滤波过程中,如果没有预先设置初始值或时差数据变化较大,则第二个滤波后的数据就更新为实测的时差值。当测量的时差数据变化不大时,从滤波结果图中观察到滤波结果近似为直线。在实验中,通过将不同流量点的滤波数据与标准时差数据进行比较,可以看出通过该算法滤波后时差的误差在有效范围之内。In the ultrasonic time difference measurement system,due to the influence of various factors in the measurement process,the time difference data will have errors in the collection process.Therefore,the Sage-Husa adaptive Kalman filtering algorithm is introduced to filter the time difference data.The algorithm can estimate the error of the time difference data by updating the system noise and process covariance.In the Sage-Husa adaptive filtering process,if the initial value is not set in advance or the time difference data chan-ges greatly,the data after the second filtering is updated to the measured time difference value.When the measured time difference data does not change much,it can be observed from the filter result graph that the filter result is approximately a straight line.In the experi-ment,by comparing the filtered data of different flow points with the standard time difference data,it can be found that the error range of the filtered time difference is within the effective range.
