摘 要:随着化工生产对高效化需求的增长,塔群设备应用增多,但流致振动往往使其结构发生破坏。将并排小间距比的塔器简化为串列多圆柱,分析了多座塔器在小间距比(L/D=1.3,1.5,1.8)和折合速度U_(r)=2.5~40条件下的耦合振动及机理,并研究了塔器在小间距比下不同风速与振动能量分布之间的关系。研究表明,间距比L/D=1.3,1.5时,并排塔器均呈现尾流驰振现象,且当下游塔器存在时,上游塔器振动均被增强;间距比L/D=1.8时,串列双塔器均呈现单峰收敛涡激振动现象,串列三塔器中的上游和中游塔器表现出双峰收敛的涡激振动现象,且下游塔器振动被抑制。此外,并排塔器的振动频率与间距比无关,在小间距比的情况下,其振动能量分布不稳定。该研究可为并排小间距比塔式容器的安全设计提供理论依据。With the increasing demand for efficiency in chemical production,the application of clustered tower vessels has become more widespread.However,flow-induced vibrations often lead to structural failures.In this study,parallel tower vessels with small spacing ratios were simplified into tandem multi-cylinder systems.The coupled vibrations and mechanisms of multiple towers under small spacing ratios(L/D=1.3,1.5,1.8)and reduced velocities U_(r)=2.5~40 were analyzed.Additionally,the relationship between wind speed and vibration energy distribution under small spacing ratios was investigated.The results show that when the spacing ratios are L/D=1.3 and 1.5,the parallel towers exhibit wake-induced vibration,and the vibration of upstream towers is amplified by the presence of downstream towers.When the spacing ratio is L/D=1.8,two tandem towers demonstrate singlepeak convergent vortex-induced vibration,while in three tandem towers,the upstream and midstream towers exhibit double-peak convergent vortex-induced vibration,with suppressed vibration in the downstream tower.Furthermore,the vibration frequency of parallel towers is independent of the spacing ratio,and the vibration energy distribution under small spacing ratios remains unstable.This study provides a theoretical foundation for the safe design of parallel tower vessels with small spacing ratios.
