摘 要:针对管束受到纵向载荷作用引起的损伤及其防护技术不足的问题,通过对前人相关研究成果进行引证,列出管束在耐压试验的失稳情况,对装置开停车、操作运行和在线吹扫冲洗等不同历程的冲击损伤进行分析,以近年来失效案例加以验证。指出各案例结构变形特征中隐现的纵向失稳现象,提出了优化传统结构与开发创新结构的管束纵向防变形技术对策。管束创新结构包括结构加强型的组合管板,增设保护功能的双支持板,以及适用于在线反向吹扫的双头拉杆。研究结果为深化管束振动认识,完善管束防振对策,避免设备失效提供了新的思路。Regarding the problems of the damage to tube bundles caused by longitudinal load and the deficiency of its protection technology,by citing the relevant research findings of predecessors,the instability situations of tube bundles during withstand pressure tests were listed.The impact damages during different processes such as unit startup and shutdown,operation,and online purging and flushing were analyzed,and the failure cases in recent years were used to verify.The hidden longitudinal instability phenomenon that emerges in the structural deformation characteristics of each case was pointed out,the technical countermeasures for preventing longitudinal deformation of tube bundles were proposed,including optimizing traditional structures and developing innovative structures.The innovative structures of tube bundles include structurally enhanced composite tubes,dual support plates for additional protection,and double-ended tie rods for in-line reverse purging.The research results provide new ideas for deepening the understanding of tube bundle vibration,improving anti-vibration measures for tube bundles,and avoiding equipment failure.
