摘  要:针对某工程蒸汽发生器制造阶段液压胀接缺陷,分析了缺陷形态及缺陷尺寸。通过工艺试验发现,缺陷胀接接头的机械连接强度大于10 700 N;接头间隙内的流体在5 MPa的压力下渗透速度为35.8 mm/min;缺陷位置传热管与管板孔贴合良好;NC30Fe传热管胀接残余应力导致裂纹缺陷的风险低于同等条件下的奥氏体不锈钢管。环槽缺陷孔胀接接头的性能满足RCC-M 2007规范及设计规格书要求,验证了缺陷胀接接头的可靠性,研究结果为类似问题的解决提供了借鉴。Aiming at circular defect of steam generator after hydraulic expanding in the manufacturing stage of a certain project,the shape and size of defect joints were analyzed.Process test was conducted,and the results show that the mechanical connection strength of defect joints were exceed 10700 N;velocity of permeability in tube to tubesheet gap was 35.8 mm/min at 5 MPa;tube was bonding to tubesheet well at defct area;and risk of cracks due to residual stress after NC30Fe tube expanding was less than austenitic steel pipe at the same condition.Performance of defect joints all meet RCC-M 2007 rule and design specification.Reliability of expanding joint with circular defect was verified,and the research results provide a reference for familiar non-conformance disposal.
