摘 要:压力容器在役过程中不可避免出现腐蚀损伤,严重影响了压力容器的安全运行,为工业生产带来了巨大隐患。针对传统基于超声导波的压力容器损伤检测技术,存在的基线数据不稳定、定位精度不高等问题,提出一种基于频散补偿技术和Dung-Beetle-Optimizer优化智能算法的多腐蚀损伤检测方法。通过实验室和工厂试验验证了该方法的有效性和可靠性,定位最大偏差分别为5.16 mm(0.4%)和8.35 mm(0.7%)。该方法可实现在役压力容器的多损伤检测,对压力容器的安全性能评估中具有重要的应用前景。Corrosion damage is an inevitable issue during the service life of pressure vessels,significantly compromising their safe operation and introducing substantial hidden dangers to industrial production.Traditional guided wave detection technology for internal pressure vessel damage encounters issues such as unstable baseline data and fails to consider the influence of guided wave signal dispersion,often resulting in low positioning accuracy.A multi-corrosion damage detection method based on guided wave dispersion compensation and the Dung-Beetle-Optimizer intelligent algorithm for detecting internal corrosion damage is proposed in pressure vessels.The effectiveness and reliability of the proposed method were validated through experiments conducted in both laboratory and factory settings,with maximum positioning deviations of 5.16 mm(0.4%)and 8.35 mm(0.7%),respectively.This method enables high-precision detection of multiple damages in in-service pressure vessels and holds significant potential for applications in the safety performance evaluation of pressure vessels.
