摘 要:通过开展中试,研究预臭氧在前端混凝沉淀工艺中对浊度、高锰酸盐指数(以O2计)、铁、猛的去除效果,以及后臭氧在深度处理工艺中对高锰酸盐指数和氨(以N计)的去除效果,以确定臭氧的最佳投加量。研究表明,预臭氧浓度投加量为0.60 mg/L时,对沉淀池出水的浊度、高锰酸盐指数、总铁、锰的处理效果分别能达到90.45%、43.36%、71.42%、62.46%;在深度处理工艺投加浓度0.90 mg/L的臭氧,使得活性炭滤池中的微生物能够有效地吸收并解离氨氯与高锰酸盐指数,从而使这两者的去除率分别提升至87.78%和59.57%。Through conducting pilot experiments,the removal effects of pre-ozone on turbidity,permanganate index(measured as O2),total iron,and manganese in the front-end coagulation precipitation process,as well as the removal effects of post-ozone on permanganate index and ammonia(measured as N)in the advanced treatment process,were studied to determine the optimal dosage of ozone.Research showed that if the pre-ozone concentration was added at 0.60 mg/L,its treatment effects on the turbidity,permanganate index,total iron,and manganese of the sedimentation tank effluent could reach 90.45%,43.36%,71.42%,and 62.46%,respectively;Adding a concentration of 0.90 mg/L ozone to the advanced treatment process would enable the microorganisms in the activated carbon filter to effectively absorb and dissociate ammonia and permanganate index,thereby increasing their removal rates to 87.78%and 59.57%.
