摘 要:为开发一种制备工艺简单且湿敏传感特性优良的材料,本文以二氧化钛P25和NaOH为原料通过水热法制备合成了Na_(2)Ti_(3)O_(7)、Sr_(0.6)Ba_(0.4)TiO_(3)、SrTiO_(3)和BaTiO_(3)纳米线,使用SEM、EDX、XRD设备对材料进行表征,并研究其湿敏传感特性。结果表明,4种纳米线均具有较大的长径比,但又明显不同,Na_(2)Ti_(3)O_(7)和SrTiO_(3)、BaTiO_(3)、Sr_(0.6)Ba_(0.4)TiO_(3)直径分别约为10、10~200、50~200 nm,长度范围为10至上百微米。以4种纳米线为基础设计的湿敏传感器随频率增大,阻抗值明显减小,变化超过4个数量级;相对湿度(RH)从11%到95%,4种纳米线湿敏传感器的响应恢复时间分别为4、10 s,8、2 s,5、2 s,5、1 s;在重复3次过程中,均无明显基线漂移,响应值相差极小,且重复响应后阻抗值仍能恢复到初值。与其他制备方法相比,该水热制备法简单温和,全为无机原料,无需添加有机前驱体或模板、调节pH值或在高温下反应。4种纳米线湿敏传感器在室温下即可对湿度进行检测,具有灵敏度高、响应恢复速度快、重复性好、稳定性高的特点,在湿敏传感特性上展现出良好的应用潜力。In order to develop a material with simple preparation process and excellent humidity sensing characteristics,Na_(2)Ti_(3)O_(7),Sr_(0.6)Ba_(0.4)TiO_(3),SrTiO_(3)and BaTiO_(3)nanowires were prepared by hydrothermal method using P25 and NaOH as raw materials.The nanowires were characterized by SEM,EDX and XRD,and its humidity sensing characteristics were studied.The results showed that this four kinds of nanowires all had large aspect ratio,but were significantly different,with diameters ranging from 10-200 nm and lengths ranging from 10 to hundreds of microns.Humidity sensors based on Na_(2)Ti_(3)O_(7),Sr_(0.6)Ba_(0.4)TiO_(3),SrTiO_(3)and BaTiO_(3)nanowires were designed.With the increasing frequency,the impedance value decreased obviously and changed by more than 4 orders of magnitude.RH ranges from 11%to 95%,and the response-recovery time of the four sensors was 4 and 10 s,8 and 2 s,5 and 2 s,5 and 1 s respectively.In the process of repeating for 3 times,there was no obvious baseline drift,and the difference of response values was very small,and the impedance value could still recover to the initial value after repeated response.Compared with other preparation methods,this hydrothermal preparation method was simple and mild,all raw materials were inorganic,without adding organic precursors or templates,pH adjustment or reaction at high temperatures.The nanowire humidity sensors had the characteristics of high sensitivity,fast response and recovery,good repeatability and high stability at room temperature,showing a great potential application.
