摘　　要：为深入了解温州市两栖爬行动物物种多样性与区系特点,2019―2022年期间,采用样线法和样点法对温州市两栖爬行动物种类进行了野外实地调查,并结合文献资料查阅和标本检视对温州市两栖爬行动物的物种进行梳理.结果显示,温州市有两栖动物2目9科24属43种,爬行动物2目15科49属72种.中国特有种36种,其中两栖动物24种,爬行动物12种.国家重点保护野生动物18种,其中一级保护动物8种,均为爬行动物;二级保护动物10种,包括两栖动物4种,爬行动物6种.被列入中国生物多样性红色名录受威胁的两栖爬行动物34种,占全市29.6%;列入IUCN红色名录受威胁19种,占全市16.5%.被列入CITES附录Ⅰ种类7种和附录Ⅱ8种.两栖爬行动物区系分析表明,以东洋界物种为主,共101种,占总种数的87.8%;广布种14种,占总种数的12.2%.两栖动物栖息地的生态类型以溪流型为主,共17种,占两栖动物物种数的39.5%;爬行动物以陆栖型为主,共48种,占爬行动物总物种数的66.7%.针对温州地区两栖爬行动物受胁现状,提出相关保护措施.To gain a deeper understanding of the diversity and fauna of the amphibians and reptiles in Wenzhou City,a field survey was conducted from 2019 to 2022 using transect and plot sampling methods,combined with literature review and specimen examination,to investigate the species of amphibians and reptiles in Wenzhou City.The results show that there are 43 species of amphibians belonging to 2 orders,9 families and 24 genera,and 72 species of reptiles belonging to 2 orders,15 families and 49 genera in Wenzhou City.There are 36 endemic species in China,including 24 amphibians and 12 reptiles.Furthermore,18 species of national key protected wild animals are identified,with 8 being first-class national protected wild animals,all of which are reptiles,and 10 being second-class national protected wild animals,including 4 amphibians and 6 reptiles.34 amphibian and reptile species in the city are threatened and included in China Biodiversity Red List,accounting for 29.6%of the total.19 species are also listed as threatened species in the IUCN Red List,representing 16.5%of the total.Additionally,7 species are classified under CITES Appendix I,and 8 under Appendix II.An analysis of the amphibian and reptile fauna shows that 101 species belong to the Oriental realm,representing 87.8%of the total,while 14 species are widespread,comprising 12.2%of the total.The predominant ecological type among amphibians is stream type,consisting of 17 species,which accounts for 39.5%of the total of amphibian species.For reptiles,the predominant ecological type is terrestrial type,with a total of 48 species,representing 66.7%of the total reptile species.In light of the current threatened status of amphibians and reptiles in Wenzhou,this paper proposes several pertinent protective strategies.
