摘 要:为了给柴油机PHM算法的验证提供虚拟实时仿真环境,基于平均值和等效模型原理对大功率增压柴油机故障硬件在环实时仿真进行了研究,并以空滤器堵塞故障和中冷器效率下降故障为例验证了研究的可行性。研究结果表明,在实时仿真周期为10 ms的情况下,故障实时仿真模型平均误差低于5%,可以满足柴油机PHM算法实时仿真验证的需求。In order to provide a real-time simulation environment for diesel engine PHM algorithm verification,the hardware-in-the-loop real-time simulation of high-power supercharged diesel engine failure was conducted based on mean value and equivalent model principle,and the feasibility was verified by setting the air filter clogging fault and the intercooler efficiency degradation fault.The research results show that the average error of fault real-time simulation model is less than 5%with a real-time simulation period of 10 ms,which can meet the needs of real-time simulation verification of PHM algorithm for diesel engine.
