摘 要:目的探究供气压力、一级减压器和吸气阀自动开启压力对自携开放式潜水呼吸器最大呼吸阻力的影响。方法选取8种国内型号的一级减压器与二级减压器进行组合,14种国外型号的一级减压器与二级减压器进行组合,总计22种。另选取国外同一品牌的4种一级减压器和1种二级减压器进行组合,称为组合1、组合2、组合3和组合4。通过无人试验,记录不同供气压力、不同一级减压器和不同吸气阀自动开启压力条件下自携开放式潜水呼吸器的最大呼吸阻力,统计分析最大呼吸阻力的差异分布情况。结果3种供气压力下22种呼吸器的最大呼气、吸气阻力间两两比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。供气压力12.0 MPa时,组合1和组合2(P=0.003)、组合1和组合3(P=0.033)、组合2和组合3(P=0.035)、组合2和组合4(P=0.001)之间呼吸器的最大吸气阻力比较差异均有统计学意义,组合1和组合4、组合3和组合4之间呼吸器的最大吸气阻力比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),4种组合之间的最大呼气阻力比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。调整吸气阀自动开启压力后,最大吸气阻力比较差异具有统计学意义(P=0.027),最大呼气阻力比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论供气压力≥3.5 MPa时,供气压力对最大呼吸阻力无影响;一级减压器性能对最大吸气阻力存在影响;一级减压器性能和二级减压器吸气阀自动开启压力对最大呼气阻力无影响;二级减压器吸气阀自动开启压力对最大吸气阻力影响较大。Objective To explore the influence of the air supply pressure,the first-stage decompressor,and the automatic opening pressure of the inhalation valve on the maximum breathing resistance of the SCUBA.Methods There were 22 combinations of first-stage and second-stage decompressors,including 8 domestic(Chinese)combinations,and 14 foreign ones.Additionally,four first-stage decompressors and one second-stage decompressor from the same foreign brand were combined for further study,and their combinations were labeled as Combination 1,Combination 2,Combination 3,and Combination 4.Through unmanned tests,the maximum breathing resistance of open-circuit scuba was recorded under different air supply pressures,first-stage decompressors,and automatic opening pressures of the inhalation valve.The distribution of differences in maximum breathing resistance was then statistically analyzed.Results Under three different air supply pressures,the pairwise comparisons of the maximum exhalation and inhalation resistance of the 22 combinations showed no statistically significant difference(all P>0.05).Under the air supply pressure of 12.0 MPa,statistically significant differences in the maximum inhalation resistance of the scubas were observed between Combination 1 and Combination 2(P=0.003),Combination 1 and Combination 3(P=0.033),Combination 2 and Combination 3(P=0.035),Combination 2 and Combination 4(P=0.001),while no statistically significant difference was found between Combination 1 and Combination 4,Combination 3 and Combination 4(all P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the maximum exhalation resistance among the four combinations(all P>0.05).After adjusting the automatic opening pressure of the inhalation valve,significant differences were observed in the maximum inhalation resistance(P=0.027),but no significant differences in the maximum exhalation resistance was observed(P>0.05).Conclusion When the air supply pressure is equal or greater than 3.5 MPa,it has no effect on the maximum breathing resistance
