摘 要:信息技术飞速发展,随之社会产业需求也不断变化,社会对高质量计算机类工科人才的需求日益增加,传统的教学模式已经难以满足市场对高素质应用型人才的需求。基于对工程教育认证和产教融合内涵的分析和理解,依据新工科建设指导意见,从计算机类工科人才培养存在的主要问题入手,以工程教育认证为标杆,产教融合为支撑,主要从课程体系优化与重构、实践教学平台搭建、双师型教师队伍建设、实践教学环节设计和多元化评价体系构建五个方面,对民办高校计算机类新工科人才培养体系进行深入分析研究,构建工程认证和产教融合双驱动的计算机类新工科人才培养模式,提升民办高校计算机类新工科人才培养质量,助力我国教育教学改革持续发展。With the rapid development of information technology,the demand of social industry is constantly changing,and the social demand for high-quality computer engineering talents is increasing day by day.The traditional teaching mode has been difficult to meet the market demand for high-quality applied talents.This paper is based on the analysis and understanding of the connotation of engineering education certification and industry-education integration.According to the guidelines on new engineering construction,from the main problems of the computer engineering talents training,this article takes the engineering certification as benchmarking,and the industry-education integration as support,conducts indepth analysis and research on the training system of new engineering talents in private colleges and universities,mainly from the course system optimization and reconstruction,practice teaching platform building,double type teacher team construction,practice teaching link design and diversified evaluation system,builds new engineering talent training mode driven by engineering certification and industry-education integration,which improves the quality of talent training,and powers the sustainable development of education teaching reform.
