摘　　要：针对BIM报建项目涉及专业多、构件赋值参数多及后期数据调整工作量大等痛点,本文以荣胜幼儿园BIM报建项目为例,依托Revit自主研发了基于BIM的智能化报建交付系统。该报建交付系统包含一键赋值、属性检查及模型拆分等功能模块,形成了一套智能化、标准化报建流程,大大提升了工作效率,提高了项目质量。该报建系统为今后BIM报建项目的实施提供了可支撑性的技术平台,具有行业推广的普适性。In response to the pain points of BIM construction projects involving multiple specialties,multiple component assignment parameters,and a large amount of data adjustment workload in the later stage.This paper takes the BIM application project of Rongsheng Kindergarten as an example and independently develops an intelligent BIM based application delivery system based on Revit.The BIM construction delivery system includes functional modules such as one-key assignment,attribute inspection,and model separation,forming a set of intelligent and standardized construction application process,which greatly improves work efficiency and project quality.The research of BIM construction application system provides a supporting technical platform for the implementation of BIM construction application projects in the future,and has the universality of industry promotion.
