中药热奄包联合多维度协同管理在肺癌胸痛患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨中药热奄包联合多维度协同管理在肺癌胸痛患者中的应用效果。方法选择2022年1月至2023年4月瑞昌市中医医院收治的100例肺癌胸痛患者,按随机数字表法均分为2组。对照组50例实施常规护理,观察组50例在对照组基础上采用中药热奄包联合多维度协同管理,2组均持续护理1周。比较观察2组止痛疗效、心理状态、不良反应及护理满意度。结果观察组止痛疗效优于对照组(Z=2.390,P=0.017)。观察组护理后焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组(t=3.253,P=0.002;t=3.447,P=0.001)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(χ^(2)=4.000,P=0.046)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(χ^(2)=4.000,P=0.046)。结论中药热奄包联合多维度协同管理用于肺癌胸痛患者,止痛效果好,还可改善其心理状态,减少不良反应的发生,患者护理满意度较高。Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine reyan bao combined with multi-dimensional collaborative management in the treatment of patients with lung cancer complicated by chest pain.Methods All the 100 patients with lung cancer complicated by chest pain admitted to Ruichang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to April 2023 were randomly divided into two groups by using a random number table method.The control group(50 patients)received routine nursing care,while the observation group(50 patients)received a combination of traditional Chinese medicine and multi-dimensional collaborative management on the basis of the control group.All the patients in the two groups received continuous nursing care for one week.The analgesic efficacy,psychological state,adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared and observed.Results The analgesic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(Z=2.390,P=0.017).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after nursing(t=3.253,P=0.002;t=3.447,P=0.001).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(χ^(2)=4.000,P=0.046).The satisfaction with nursing care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(χ^(2)=4.000,P=0.046).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine reyan bao and multi-dimensional collaborative management has a good analgesic efficacy in the treatment of patients with lung cancer complicated by chest pain,can also improve their psychological state,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and have high patient satisfaction.
