摘  要:8-氨基喹啉及其类似物8-羟基喹啉和1-萘胺广泛存在于药物分子、天然产物、材料等领域,特别是C4位取代的8-氨基喹啉及其类似物的合成已成为有机领域的研究热点。可见光和电化学诱导的碳氢官能化方法为现代合成化学提供了更加绿色环保、原子经济的新策略。可见光和电化学诱导的8-氨基喹啉及其类似物选择性碳氢官能化取得较快发展。从光催化和电化学两个方向对8-氨基喹啉及其类似物8-羟基喹啉和1-萘胺C4位的官能团化进行总结归纳及分析。对该方向的发展进行了展望。8-Aminoquinoline and its analogues 8-hydroxyquinoline and 1-naphthylamine widely exist in drug molecules,natural products,materials and other fields.In particular,the synthesis of 8-aminoquinolines and their analogues substituted by C4 has become a research hotspot in the field of organic chemistry.Visible light and electrochemically induced hydrocarbon functionalization methods provide more environmentally friendly and atomically economical strategy for modern synthetic chemistry.Visible light and electrochemically induced selective hydrocarbon functionalization of 8-aminoquinoline and its analogues has also achieved rapid development.The functionalization of 8-aminoquinoline and its analogues 8-hydroxyquinoline and 1-naphthylamine at C4 position is summarized and analyzed from two aspects of photocatalysis and electrochemistry.The development of this direction is prospected.
