侦查职业对侦查人员心理健康影响的调适研究

摘　　要：通过梳理侦查人员心理健康方面相关文献,发现学者大多从警种分类、地区分类、警察整体心理状况、心理健康维护等外在角度开展研究,缺乏对侦查人员“应激源—心理状态”内在机制的深度挖掘。为改善部分侦查人员存在的心理消极因素过载、情感资源过度消耗引发情感隔离、社会支持不足造成心理脆弱性加剧等状况,尝试构建“应激源—中介变量—心理状态”的链式反应模型,探明认知评价、人格特质、社会支持等中介变量在侦查人员心理受损过程中的认知逻辑、品格逻辑与评价逻辑等作用机理,并从个体、集体、社会层面提出强化人格韧性、调整认知评价、加强社会支持等针对性措施,以调适侦查人员心理健康状态。Reviewing relevant literature on the mental health of investigators reveal that most scholars conduct research from the external perspectives of police types,regional classification,overall psychological status of police,and mental health maintenance,and there is a lack of deep excavation of the internal mechanism of“stressor-psychological state”of investigators.In order to improve the overload of psychological negative factors,emotional isolation resulting from the excessive depletion of emotional resources and the aggravation of psychological vulnerability caused by insufficient social support,this paper proposes to construct a chain response model of“stressor-mediating variables-psychological state”to explore the role mechanism of such mediating variables as cognitive evaluation,personality traits,social support in the cognitive logic,character logic and evaluation logic of investigators in the process of psychological damage.Targeted measures from the individual,collective,and social levels such as strengthening personality resilience and adjusting cognitive evaluation,strengthening social support are put forward in the paper to adjust the mental health status of investigators.
