摘　　要：永磁电机在磨矿机中发挥了重要的作用,解决了传统磨矿机存在的问题。然而,因为磨矿机永磁电机所使用的蛇形弹簧联轴器存在易变形损坏的问题,制约了磨矿机永磁电机的使用效率。针对上述问题,文章探讨了磨矿机永磁电机联轴器优化升级方案,旨在为磨矿机永磁电机的优化改造提供参考。Permanent magnet motors play an important role in grinding machines,solving the problems of traditional grinding machines.However,the snake shaped spring coupling used in the permanent magnet motor of the grinding machine is prone to deformation and damage,which limits the efficiency of the use of the permanent magnet motor in the grinding machine.In response to the above issues,the article explores the optimization and upgrade plan for the coupling of the permanent magnet motor of the grinding machine,aiming to provide reference for the optimization and transformation of the permanent magnet motor of the grinding machine.
