摘　　要：为解决火炸药行业包装箱密封搭扣扣合工艺劳动强度大、效率低、扣合质量不稳定等问题,文章结合目标密封搭扣扣合工艺,采用PLC控制器实现执行机构控制,利用气动系统完成执行机构动作,配合传感器检测感知技术,设计和制作了一种包装箱密封搭扣自动扣合装置。研究结果表明,该装置可自动化、无人化实现包装箱密封搭扣的自动扣合功能,具有较高的工程应用价值。In order to solve the problems of high labor intensity,low efficiency and unstable quality of packing box sealing in explosive industry,combines the target sealing process,the author adopts PLC controller to realize the actuator control,uses pneumatic system to complete the actuator action,designs and makes a set of device with sensor sensing technology.The application shows that the device can automatically and unmanned realize the function of sealing buckle of packing box,which has high engineering application value.
