摘 要:粉煤灰是火力发电厂的主要排放物之一,其中飞灰含砂量较高,给气力输送系统带来了诸多挑战。文章旨在探讨先导输灰系统在大含砂量粉煤灰气力输送系统中的运用,并通过对先导输灰系统实际应用后的性能试验,对不同条件下的输送效率、能耗、磨损情况及系统稳定性等指标进行测量及数据分析。为火力发电厂在输送大颗粒、高含砂量的粉煤灰时遇到的问题提供一种新的解决方案,并为其他类似的大颗粒、高含砂量的物料气力输送提供数据参考。Fly ash is one of the main emissions of thermal power plants,in which the fly ash has a high sand content,which will bring many challenges to the pneumatic conveying system.The purpose of this study is to explore the application of the pilot ash conveying system in the large-content fly ash conveying system,and to measure and analyze the conveying efficiency,energy consumption,wear and the stability of the system under different conditions.It provides a new solution to the problems encountered by thermal power plants in conveying fly ash with large particles and high sand content,and provides a data reference for other similar pneumatic transportation of materials with large particles and high sand content.
