摘　　要：随着纺织工业的迅猛发展,涤纶机织物因其优异的物理、化学性能,广泛应用于服装、家纺、工业用布等领域。涤纶机织物的染整过程需要经过一系列复杂的设备处理,这些设备的有效运行和维护直接影响染整质量和生产效率,关系到能源消耗和环境保护。文章对涤纶机织物染整设备的使用与维护方式进行系统研究,通过持续的技术创新和管理优化,确保涤纶机织物染整设备使用与维护水平不断提升,为纺织工业的高质量发展提供坚实保障。With the rapid development of the textile industry,polyester woven fabrics are widely used in fields such as clothing,home textiles,and industrial fabrics due to their excellent physical and chemical properties.The dyeing and finishing process of polyester woven fabrics requires a series of complex equipment treatments,and the effective operation and maintenance of these equipment directly affect the dyeing and finishing quality and production efficiency,which is related to energy consumption and environmental protection.Therefore,this article systematically studies the use and maintenance methods of dyeing and finishing equipment for polyester woven fabrics.Through continuous technological innovation and management optimization,it ensures that the level of use and maintenance of dyeing and finishing equipment for polyester woven fabrics continues to improve,providing a solid guarantee for the high-quality development of the textile industry.
