摘  要:文章探讨了全自动氩弧焊在异形焊接件中的应用及其优越性。通过系统设计、工艺分析、试验验证及案例研究,全面评估了全自动氩弧焊在复杂形状和多种材质组合工件中的应用效果。结果表明,合理的工艺参数和路径规划,结合实时监测和精确控制,能够显著提高焊接质量,满足现代制造业对高效、稳定焊接的需求。尽管面临设备成本高、编程复杂等挑战,但全自动氩弧焊在异形件焊接中的应用前景广阔。This study explores the application and superiority of fully automatic argon arc welding technology in irregular welded parts.Through system design,process analysis,experimental verification,and case studies,the application effect of fully automatic argon arc welding in complex shaped and multi material combination workpieces was comprehensively evaluated.The results indicate that reasonable process parameters and path planning,combined with real-time monitoring and precise control,can significantly improve welding quality and meet the modern manufacturing industry's demand for efficient and stable welding.Despite facing challenges such as high equipment costs and complex programming,the application prospects of fully automatic argon arc welding technology in the welding of irregular parts are broad.
