摘 要:探索基于图像识别联合数值模拟技术的锅炉智能吹灰技术,通过实时分析锅炉内视觉数据,动态调整吹灰策略,以实现更高效、节能且安全的锅炉运行。提出并详细讨论了智能吹灰系统的设计与实现,包括炉内可视、积灰结渣图像识别、数值模拟技术应用、算法研究、智能吹灰策略制定等。实践表明该技术的可行性和有效性,显著提高了吹灰操作的准确性和效率,减少了不必要的能源消耗和维护成本,为锅炉运行提供了新的智能化解决方案,有助于推动相关领域的技术进步。Exploring intelligent soot blowing technology for boilers based on image recognition combined with numerical simulation technology,dynamically adjusting soot blowing strategies through real-time analysis of visual data inside the boiler to achieve more efficient,energy-saving,and safe boiler operation.The design and implementation of an intelligent soot blowing system were proposed and discussed in detail,including furnace visibility,ash and slag image recognition,numerical simulation technology application,algorithm research,and intelligent soot blowing strategy formulation.Practice has shown the feasibility and effectiveness of this technology,significantly improving the accuracy and efficiency of soot blowing operations,reducing unnecessary energy consumption and maintenance costs,providing a new intelligent solution for boiler operation,and helping to promote technological progress in related fields.
